Biodynamic Craniosacral therapy is an extremely gentle form of body therapy that may help you find a natural point of stillness and balance in your life.
I listen on more than one level: both to your words and also, through sensitive touch, to your body. Our work together is intuitively led, depending on what you need and where you are in your life just now.
My skill is in working with physical and psycho-emotional experiences through a subtle dialogue with the body’s underlying organising intelligence. Hidden or forgotten patterns of traumatic origin can be gently revisited, reassessed and reorganised. The process is deeply satisfying and resourcing and its aim is to help create a more open and calm way of being.
My role is to provide a safe space and to be a “clean mirror” to help you to integrate whatever unfolds during this process. To have the time and space for self discovery and insight with someone else alongside you, can be life changing.
My approach to craniosacral therapy has been greatly influenced by my continuing work with Mike Boxhall on his advanced stillness trainings, as well as by my post graduate studies in craniosacral biodynamics with Franklyn Sills at the Karuna Institute.
